Detroit Mother's Day Run/Walk

Event Details

The Detroit Mother's Day Run/Walk, part of The Goddess Racing Series, celebrates women in Southeast Michigan. Formerly the Ann Arbor Goddess Run, this event is now held in Detroit on Belle Isle.

Participants can choose from several race options:

• 10K Run/Walk
• 5K Run/Walk
• 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk
• 200m Kids' Dash (for ages 8 and under)
• 5K Kids' Race (for ages 10 and under)
• 1-Mile Kids' Fun Run (for ages 10 and under)
• Virtual 10K
• Virtual 5K
• 10K - Handcycle Division

Special team categories include Mother-Daughter, Three Generations of Women, and Family Teams. Kids race for free with a paid adult.

All events are walker-friendly. The 200-Meter Kids Run starts just before the first adult event, with all kids earning a finisher's medal.

A post-race party will feature pancakes, breakfast burritos, and other festivities for participants.

Awards

Awards are for female participants. Teams must compete in the same division to be eligible for awards.
