Rules and Regulations

General rules include mandatory timing chip on ankle, following instructions, no littering, no equipment abandonment. Headphones allowed for run, not for bike. Swim cap must be worn, wetsuits may be worn (conditions apply). Bike helmet required, obey traffic laws, no drafting. Run bib number must face forward. Body marking, swim caps, and wetsuit rules are detailed. Awards include overall, age group, Clydesdale/Athena, and High School Competitive categories.
