DSpring Fling 5km and 10km
A great tune up for the Around the Bay race....This new race that will take place on Hamiltons waterfront trail and Bayfront Park, is flat and fast, and traffic free. It is very fan friendly! All runners will receive a technical race shirt, custom finishers medal, hot food after the race and chip timing. We will be posting pictures of all runners after the race on our facebook page and our website, for you to look up Awards will be to the 1st 3 over-all male and female and the top 3 in 5 year age groups.
