Evergreen Lake Super Sprint Triathlon

Join us for the Evergreen Lake Super Sprint Triathlon on Sunday, August 20, 2023, at 8:30 am. The event will take place at Evergreen Lake in Bath, PA, and will feature a variety of courses for both youth and adult participants.

Our guiding principles are fun, safety, fitness, and inclusivity, and we welcome athletes of all levels to participate. The courses include the Mini Super Sprint Triathlon (Youth) with a distance of 3.5 miles, the Super Sprint Triathlon (Youth) with a distance of 7.35 miles, the 800 Meter Swim (Youth), and the 400 Meter Swim (Youth). For adults, we have the Mini Super Sprint Triathlon with a distance of 3.5 miles, the Super Sprint Triathlon with a distance of 7.35 miles, the 800 Meter Swim, and the 400 Meter Swim.

Registration is open to youth ages 9 to 17 and adults ages 18 and over. The racing age is determined by age as of 12/31/23, as per USAT guidelines. Preregistration is encouraged to reserve your spot and is cheaper than race day registration. The deadline for registration is Sunday, August 20, 2023. Please note that the field limit is 200 athletes, so register early to secure your spot.

We also have a shirt deadline of Wednesday, 6/1, at 11:59 pm, so be sure to register early to guarantee your shirt size. Please note that pets are not allowed at the race.
