Join us for Lakeway Christian Academy Athletics Flyin' Lion 5K this spring for a fun and competitive race on and around campus! Bring the family out to show your support for all members with a 5K or 1mile run/ walk to support the athletic department. The race starts and ends on the campus of Lakeway Christian Academy.

Awards will be given to the top male & top female overall. Age Groups will be awarded to top individuals per gender for every 20-year increment (19 & under, 20-39, 40-59, 60+.). All participants will receive a T-shirt with their registration. Orders will be placed in advance; register before 3/15/25 to guarantee your 2026 shirt! All registrants will be entered to win an LCA All sports pass for the 26-27 school year. All runners, under the age of 10, completing the Cub Fun Run will receive a medal at the finish line. Restrooms are available in the athletic complex. All proceeds from this event will benefit the Lakeway Christian Academy Athletic Department, continuing to provide excellent athletic experiences for students.

Course Map

Course will start and finish at the Student Pick up area at the front of campus and will follow down to LPAC parking lot, circle around back to run 1 lap counter-clock wise around the Track before following the perimeter down to the Gymnasium parking lot where a water stop will be located at the 1 mile point. After the Gym Lot loop runners will exit campus heading NE down a dead end road where they will turn around and return to campus running back to the track to run a lap clockwise and returning around the Athletic complex gate entry directly back to the Start area to Finish. Course has a total elevation gain of 185ft.
