Game Changers 5k Repeater Challenge

The Game Changers Running Company St. Simons and the Golden Isles Track Club Presents the 3rd Annual 5k Repeater Challenge!

The Challenge: Run as many 3-mile laps every 45 minutes as you can. If you complete all 12 laps, that will be 36 miles.

• Laps: 12 x 3-mile laps
• Time per lap: 45 minutes
• Start Time: 8:00 a.m.
• End Time: 5:00 p.m. (End of last lap)

Laps begin and end at the Game Changers Running Company store in Red Fern Village. The route will be the Monday night usual route.

For each lap completed, you will receive 1 or more entries to a drawing for a pair of free shoes from Game Changers. Entries are earned by starting at 8 a.m. and running laps consecutively.

Overall Winner: Receives a free pair of shoes from Game Changers Running Company and a trophy sponsored by the Golden Isles Track Club. The winner is the runner who completes the most laps, or completes them the fastest in case of a tie.

Additional Details:

• No shirts or age group awards.
• A SWAG Bag for anyone who completes the challenge.
• Encouraged use of Strava or Garmin to log miles.
• A clock will be available to track the 45 minutes per lap.
• Must complete each 3-mile lap within 45 minutes.
• Each runner begins the lap at the same time.
• Nutrition & hydration will be provided throughout the day.
• Proceeds benefit the Glynn Academy Cross Country Team.
• Sponsored by Game Changers Running Store and Golden Isles Track Club.
