Gruesome Twosome 22K, 11K, 5K & 1K

Welcome to the 7th Annual Gruesome Twosome 22k, 11k, 5k & 1k. This event encourages running with a partner, friend, or sidekick, though individual participation is also welcome. It's a family-friendly event designed to foster community, support, and celebration.

Registration Includes:

• Finisher's medal
• A $5.00 donation to BabyGoRound
• Event bib
• Finish line food and smoothie/smoothie bowl from STORMY'S SMOOTHIE TRUCK
• Aid Stations
• Timing (not chip)
• 1,2,3 overall finisher awards
• Draw prizes from donors and sponsors

Event Distances:

• 22K: A double loop course with a mix of flat wide trails and undulating hills.
• 11K: A rolling hill course around the park.
• 5K: Mainly flat wide packed trails with a few short hills.
• 1K Hooray Fun Run: For all ages, on non-technical trail paths.

Strollers are welcome for the 1K, 5K, and 11K distances, with running strollers recommended for the 11K due to hills. Both partners must register separately for partner events.

Virtual Event: Participants can register for a virtual event and run their chosen distance from their location. The event package will be mailed prior to August 22nd. Registration for virtual runners closes July 1, 2026.
