Hartford Track Club 8K Cross-Country Challenge

The Hartford Track Club is proud to present the 8K Cross-Country Challenge, taking place at the MDC Reservoir Complex in West Hartford. This event is perfect for runners of all levels, with a rolling course that includes gravel, trails, fields, and minor asphalt. The course is accurately measured to 8 kilometers, making it a great opportunity to challenge yourself and test your limits.

This year, the event is now a USATF Sanctioned event, and part of the 2023 USATF CT Assoc. Open and Masters 8K Championship. This means that you'll be competing against some of the best runners in the state, and have the chance to earn individual awards based on your performance. Awards will be given to the top 3 male/female runners in each of the following categories: Youth (19 and under), Open (20-29), Sub-Master (30-39), Master (40-49), Grandmaster (50-59), and Senior (60+).

Registration is available on race day from 8:30 - 9:45 AM for $25.
