Course Description:

The 8-mile course involves early climbing and then offers good flow through Haw Ridge Park, with a significant portion along the lake before returning to the finish line.

The Kids Trail Run is almost entirely on trail, approximately one mile long, and promises a lot of fun.

Registration and Fees:

No refunds and no bib transfers. KTC member discounts are accepted. Special series registration offers are available, including a 7-race Season Pass for $109 and a Kids 7-race Pass for $29. Trail Series Bundle expires June 1.

Safety Policy:

No headsets, earphones, bicycles, baby strollers, roller blades, or pets on the course. One aid station will be available. Runners are urged to carry their own hydration containers. Runners under 12 must be accompanied by an adult for adult races. A minimum pace of 18:00/mile will be enforced.
