ABOUT
The Headwall Hustle is a punchy 15km race segment that is part of it's parent race, the Elk Valley Ultra. This route, crafted by founder Abi Moore, offers a challenging and scenic trail through Fernie Alpine Resort. Participants will climb through Cedar Bowl up to the Headwall, then traverse into Timber Bowl for a steep descent to the finish line.

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
BEFORE COMPLETING REGISTRATION, ALL RACERS MUST DO THEIR ONLINE RCR EVENT WAIVER

Once you have completed, you need to ensure you have your RCR Event Release Agreement ID on hand to enter during the checkout process. Please ensure your FIRST + LAST name used on your waiver, matches your ultrasignup account.

CATEGORIES + PRICING

• 15KM Limit: 200 racers
• Categories: Male, Female and Non-Binary, (<19), 19-49, 50+
• Entry Fee Adult: Early Bird $100 // Regular Pricing $120 (starting March 1)
• Entry Fee Youth (<19): Early Bird $80 // Regular Pricing $100
• **Please note: If you wish to compete in the 15km as a youth (<19), you and a parent/guardian must reach out to the Race Director in advance of registering.**

COMBO PRICING: if you’re planning to race both the Elk Valley Ultra AND the Headwall Hustle

• Entry Fee Adult: Early Bird $265 // Regular Pricing $315 (starting March 1)
• Entry Fee Youth (<19): Early Bird $220 // Regular Pricing $270

- Once again, you need to do an online RCR Event Waiver BEFORE registering. Link to follow. Please ensure your FIRST + LAST name used on your waiver, matches your ultrasignup account.
- If you're unable to race, you are able to sell your entry - please reach out to the Race Director.

• FRIDAY JULY 24 - Option A Check-in: 4pm-7pm (Park Place Lodge)
• SATURDAY JULY 25 - Option B Check-in: 9am – 4pm (Start/Finish Area of EVU in James White Park)
• SUNDAY JULY 26 - 15km Race Start Time: 8am, from Fernie Alpine Resort
• Brunch: 10:30am-12pm
• 15km Awards: 11am, at Finish Line
