Join us on May 16, 2026, at 08:00 AM for the Hero Events Ergathlon at 406 Main Street, Avon by the Sea, NJ, US, 07717. This exciting indoor triathlon features three exercises: the Concept2 Ski Machine, Concept2 Bike, and the Concept2 Rower, where participants compete to burn the most calories.
Each exercise lasts 10 minutes, followed by a 2-minute recovery period. Participants can compete as an individual or in teams of two or three. The event is open to all ages and athletic abilities, and awards will be given for the highest scores in various categories.
