Huron 5k Challenge Series

Signing up for all six races costs $100 ($120-150 if you do them each individually). This makes it a little over $16 per race. All races paid individually will be $20 online and $25 the day of the race.

The six races and dates are:

• Race #1: Huron River Run 5k - July 11th (during River Fest weekend), 8:30 AM. Proceeds go to Huron High School track and cross-country teams and Young Life of Erie County. Registration at RunSignUp.com, Huron5k.com, or Huronriverfest.com.
• Race #2: Beulah Beach 5k - July 18th, 6:00 PM. Proceeds help with Beulah Beach camp programming. Includes food trucks, lake swimming, zip-lines, and a concert. Learn more at www.beulahbeach.org.
• Race #3: Abbey Rose Kudrin Foundation COLOR Run/walk - August 8th, 8:30 AM. Proceeds go to the Abbey Rose Kudrin Foundation. Registration at www.abbeyrosekudrin.com.
• Race #4: Huron PTO 5k Glo Stick race - September 19th, 7:00 PM. Proceeds support supplemental educational materials for teachers and school activities. Includes a kids run.
• Race #5: St. Peter Halloween Spooktacular race - October 29th, 9:00 AM. Proceeds go to St. Pete’s school tuition. Registration at www.stpeter5k.com.
• Race #6: Judi Lively Memorial Thanksgiving Race - November 26th, hosted by The Gym. Proceeds go to the Judi Lively scholarship fund. Registration at huronthegym.com.

Awards for 2025: Finishing 4-5 series races earns a sweatshirt. Finishing all 6 races earns a sweatshirt and a $25 gift card to a local business or restaurant.

The total runners for the Series amounted to just over 1,300 participants.
