Description
This 4-week series is perfect for those curious about trail running, helping participants build skills and confidence on varied terrain. Each session includes dynamic warm-ups, guided runs, skill drills, stretching, cool-downs, and gear tips. Participants will receive trail socks and gifts from Rochester Running Company.
Prerequisites & Skill Level
Participants should be comfortable completing a continuous 30-to-45-minute outdoor run (approximately 3 miles) on the road.
Organizer
Kendra Pokhis, a seasoned trail runner and coach, offers her expertise to help runners discover the beauty of trails.
