KC Pet Project 5K

Join KC Pet Project on Saturday, April 13th, 2023 for the KC Pet Project 5K! This exciting race will take place in historic Swope Park in Kansas City, MO. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a fun way to support a great cause, this event is for you.

All participants will receive a race bib and a commemorative race medal. Additionally, you have the option to add on a commemorative t-shirt during registration. Not only will you have a great time running or walking the 5K course, but you'll also be supporting the 16,000 homeless, abandoned, and injured pets that will arrive at KC Pet Project this year.

Please note that while this event supports pets in our community, we kindly ask that you leave your four-legged friends at home (with the exception of service animals). However, we will have some shelter pets along the race route for participants to see and cheer on.
