Live Well 5K Run/Walk

Race Info

The Live Well 5K Run/Walk is sponsored by Little Rock Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. On Saturday, May 30, 2026, in partnership with the Delta Presents Outreach Foundation, we will host the 4th Annual Live Well 5K Run/Walk: A Physical and Mental Health Movement. The event aims to bring the community together for the purpose of promoting physical and mental health/wellness. Research has shown that running and walking have a positive impact on mental health. Your support will assist us in our efforts to provide scholarship incentives for high school students interested in furthering their education as well as support overall mental health/wellness in our chapter and community. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds raised from this race will benefit Girls on the Run Central Arkansas.

The Live Well 5K Run/Walk is a family-friendly community run/walk for men, women, and children. Runners, joggers, and walkers are encouraged to come out and enjoy a healthy, fun-filled event while supporting a worthy cause.

Course Details

Course: Live Well 5K Run Walk Course

Water Stations: Mile 1 and Mile 2

Race Distance: 5K (3.1 miles)

Time Limit: 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Timing: Chip timing

Event Swag

Dri-Fit Short-sleeve T-shirt, Dri-Fit Tank (for those who register by April 19, 2026). Finisher medal. Race bibs and event swag are ONLY available for in-person participants at packet pick-up or on race day.
