Race Information
Join us for the 50th annual running of this Helena classic on September 26, 2026!
A 9k (5.6 mile) trail race with 1,300 feet of elevation gain/loss. Approximately 1.5 miles on roads and over 4 miles on single track. Experience stunning views of the City of Helena, Prickly Pear Valley, and the Elkhorn and Big Belt Mountains.
Packet Pickup: 9:00 am - 10:00 am before the race.
Race Start: Birds & Beaselys on the Walking Mall.
Note: No dogs and no strollers please.
Registration Opens: May 1, 2026 at 12:00 am MDT
Early Bird Registration Deadline: September 1
