No Minds Left Behind 5K Run/Walk

Livingston County Community Mental Health invites you to participate in the annual No Minds Left Behind 5K Run/Walk. We are running to raise awareness for mental health issues including the reduction of stigma and the promotion of positive support. Mental illness affects 1 in 4 people every year, meaning that nearly every family in our community is affected. With positive support, people can live a rewarding life in the community just like anyone else.

Course: We will run and walk on the beautiful Lakeland trail in Hamburg. This will be an "out and back course" on the paved trail.

Race Start Time: 10:00 AM

Awards: Medals for top male and female for each age division. Age divisions: 19-under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-over.

Entry Fee Includes: Snacks and water are also provided at the event. Those who register after April 4th are not guaranteed a t-shirt in a particular size.

Packet Pickup:

• Early packet pickup - Friday, May 1st from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Genesis House located at 1137 E. Grand River Ave., Howell, MI 48843
• Race day packet pickup - Race day morning at the race location starting at 9:00 am

The race will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be live and posted on this website.
