Babes of Wellness is a Los Angeles–based wellness studio rooted in movement, community, and health. What began as a space for women and femmes to show up as they are has grown into a citywide collective for inclusive fitness experiences that honor both the body and the land we move through—a practice as old as the trails themselves. Babes of Wellness believes that movement is not about performance, it's about connection, consistency, and reclaiming wellness as something communal and accessible. Park to Playa reflects that ethos. This 10K is more than a race, it's a shared journey across Los Angeles, inviting runners to experience the city through breath, rhythm, and collective momentum. By bringing people together on the trail, Babes of Wellness creates space to move with intention, celebrate the cultural heritage of this land, and remind us that running, like wellness itself, is powerful and meant to be shared.
