Join Phi Delta Theta NC Eta chapter for the annual Phi Delta Theta 5k for ALS, a race dedicated to raising awareness and funds in the fight against ALS. Inspired by Lou Gehrig, a Phi Delt brother and baseball legend, this event unites runners, supporters, and the community in a powerful cause. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to support, come run, walk, or jog alongside fellow participants as we honor Lou Gehrig’s legacy and push for a cure. Every step taken and every dollar raised brings us closer to defeating ALS. All funds will go to the LiveLikeLou foundation.

In Memory Of Teresa Spangler - This race is dedicated to the memory of Teresa Spangler, a member of our ALS family who sadly passed away in September of 2024.
