This 5K run-walk is a family event. The triad to good health includes nutrition, exercise, and stress management. Families that exercise together build a lifestyle that is inherited from generation to generation. This race takes place at Lilburn City Park, 76 Main street in Lilburn, GA, 30047. All participants please meet up at the Pavilion in the park. Raceday registration is available from 7:15 AM to 8:10 AM for $40.00.
