Lace up your sneakers and join the City of Paramount for our annual 5K/1K Run/Walk & Health and Wellness Fair! Whether you’re racing to the finish line or strolling with family and friends, this event is all about moving your body, feeling good, and celebrating a healthier Paramount together. Stick around after the run to explore wellness resources, fitness activities, giveaways, and fun for all ages. Best of all, every dollar raised directly supports the Paramount Education Partnership (PEP) Scholarship—so every step you take helps invest in our students’ future! 🏃‍♀️💙🎓

FAQ Highlights:

• Dogs are allowed on leash.
• Same-day registration is available.
• Restrooms will be available.
• Parking is available and free at Bianchi Theatre.
• Gear check is not available.
• Participants receive a race medal and t-shirt (register early for guaranteed shirt).
• Water stations will be available on the course.
• Headphones/earbuds are allowed.
• Packet pickup is May 28-29 (locations announced closer to race day).
• Start line: Corner of Paramount Blvd. and 3rd St.
• Course is USATF Certified.
• Skates/bicycles are NOT allowed.
• Strollers/wagons are allowed in the 5K and 1K.
• Accompanying children in the 1K is welcome, but unregistered participants won't get a medal/shirt.
