Location: Palisades Park, Oneonta, AL

Distances: 20K, 15K, 10K, 5K

Registration Closes: Sunday, May 10, 2026 @ 11:59 PM CT

Logistics: Regular running shoes are suitable as the course is half park road and half improved trail. Packet pickup is on Saturday, May 16, from 6:15 AM to 7:15 AM. No race day registration. Race begins promptly at 7:30 AM with a 3-hour cut-off.

Tower Climb: Runners who complete the 5K, 10K, 15K, or 20K and climb the tower will receive a finisher's medal at the top. A waiver must be signed to climb the tower. You do not have to climb the tower to get an official finish time.

Beneficiary: This race benefits OHS Cross Country, and $5 from every entry goes to Palisades Park.

Awards: Awards will be given to the first three males and females in each division. Climb the tower to get your finisher's award.

Course Description: The course starts at the Tower, follows service roads and improved trails. The 10K is two loops of the 5K, the 15K is three loops, and the 20K is four loops. Watch for flagging, signs, and volunteers. The course is not completely closed to traffic.

Shirts: Available with paid registration through April 16, 2026.

Refunds and Transfers: This race does not offer refunds or transfers.

Post-Race Activities: Visit local Covered Bridges, the Locust Fork River, or local restaurants.
