Join The Pride Center at Equality Park on Sunday, April 19th, 2026 at Charnow Park for the Rainbow 5K! Rock your most vibrant rainbow gear or favorite color for the 2026 Rainbow 5K! Join us for this family friendly 5K run/walk. All participants will receive a finisher medal, t-shirt and chip timing! All registrants 12 years of age and under are free. Proceeds from this race will benefit The Pride Center at Equality Park.

• Saturday (04/18/2026) : 12:00PM-5:00PM @ Runner's Depot (1489 SE 17th Street - Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316)

5K Day Schedule:

• 6:00AM – Registration opens
• 6:45AM – Warm up
• 7:00AM – 5K begins

Race timing is being provided by Southern Timing, LLC. All participants will receive an individual results page complete with live results, pace breakdown, finisher certificate and a 20 second clip of you crossing the start/finish line!
