Rochester Regional Health Flower City Challenge

This event features multiple races including the Rochester Regional Health Flower City Half Marathon, Flower City 5K, and Kids 1/2 Mile. Both in-person and virtual participation options are available for the Half Marathon, 5K, and Kids 1/2 Mile. Special categories include Wheelchair divisions for the Half Marathon and 5K, as well as 2 Person Pushchair Divisions for the Half Marathon and 5K.

In-Person Event Details (April 26, 2026):

• Half Marathon: Start Time 7:30 AM EDT
• 5K: Start Time 7:40 AM EDT
• Kids 1/2 Mile: Start Time 10:30 AM EDT

The Half Marathon course is USATF Certified and traverses various city neighborhoods and sights. The 5K also starts and finishes at Parcel 5.

Virtual Event Details:

Virtual races can be completed between Sunday, April 26th and Sunday, May 3rd. Results submission is required.
