The 7th Annual Rockaway Beach Triathlon/Duathlon will be held on September 13th, 2026 at the Rockaway Beach Amphitheater in Queens, NY. This event offers stunning ocean views and a smooth course along the boardwalk.

Triathlon Course:

• Swim: 400 meters
• Bike: 12 miles (2 loops)
• Run: 3 miles

Duathlon Course:

• Run: 3 miles
• Bike: 12 miles (2 loops)
• Run: 3 miles

Race Day Schedule: Race starts at 7:30 AM. Volunteers are needed from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
