Run for the Frontline

Supporting our First Responders and Frontline Workers

This is a timed 5KM/10KM run to honour and support First Responders and Frontline Workers in our community. Proceeds from this run will go to charity (TBD).

This year features:

• A 10KM distance for a challenge.
• GUARDIAN CUP - Team Challenge: For teams of 4 in the 5 KM distance. The team with the fastest average time wins.
• 5 KM distance: A scenic run through and around Canatara Park.
• 1 KM FUN RUN FOR KIDS: A FREE (not timed) run for kids 12 and under.

Walking is also welcome. Service animals and dogs are welcome.

Schedule:

• 1 KM race: Sun, October 4, 2026, 9:50 AM EDT (FREE for children 12 and under)
• 10 KM race: Sun, October 4, 2026, 10:00 AM EDT (All ages and abilities welcome)
• 5 KM race: Sun, October 4, 2026, 10:10 AM EDT (All ages and abilities welcome)

All participants in the 5KM and 10KM races receive a finisher's medal and limited edition t-shirt.

Note: No refunds or BIB transfers.

Registration Fees:

• 1 KM FUN RUN FOR KIDS: FREE
• 5 KM RUN/WALK: Starts at $40.37 (prices vary by registration date)
• 10 KM RUN/WALK: Starts at $45.82 (prices vary by registration date)
