Run for the Zoo

Run for the Zoo … and walk with us too! From a Half Marathon to a 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, there are events for all ages and activity levels. Join us on May 03, 2026, for a day of fun, fitness and fundraising to support the ABQ BioPark Zoo, Aquarium and Botanic Garden. Presented by Waterstone Mortgage and the New Mexico BioPark Society.

Events:

• Half Marathon: Price: $60, Time: 7:00AM MDT, Open to ages 12 - 100. Price increases after February 17, 2026 at 9:59am MST.
• 10k Timed: Price: $45 ($30: Ages 1 - 12), Time: 8:00AM MDT. Price increases after February 17, 2026 at 9:59am MST.
• 5k Timed: Price: $40 ($25: Ages 1 - 12), Time: 9:30AM MDT. Price increases after February 17, 2026 at 9:59am MST.
• 5k Fitness (untimed): Price: $30 ($20: Ages 1 - 12), Time: 10:15AM MDT. Price increases after February 17, 2026 at 9:59am MST.
• 1 Mile Fitness (untimed): Price: $30 ($20: Ages 1 - 12), Time: 11:00AM MDT. Price increases after February 17, 2026 at 9:59am MST.
