Event Details

Join the Run4Health 2026, an event offering various distances including a 1K Family Run/Walk, 5K Walk, 5K Run, 10K Run, and a Half Marathon Run. The event is scheduled for Sunday, September 27, 2026, starting at 8:00 a.m. EDT at the Walkerton Agricultural Society.

Registration & Fundraising

Registration will be opening soon. Participants can set up personalized pledge pages to help raise funds and awareness for the Walkerton & District Hospital Foundation. Proceeds from the 16th Annual Run4Health will go directly to the foundation. The 15th annual event successfully raised over $37,800 net.

Refund Policy

Please note that refunds are not offered. Event registration may be transferred to another individual if you are unable to attend. The event will proceed rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

Team Challenge

Gather your friends, family, or co-workers to create a team of any size. Team members can register for any sub-event and do not need to cross the finish line together. A trophy will be awarded to the school team with the most members.

Awards

• Half Marathon: Every finisher will receive a medal.
• Half Marathon, 10K Run, 5K Run, Junior Half Marathon, Junior 10K Run & Junior 5K Run: The top three male and female finishers overall in each race will be recognized.

The awards ceremony is scheduled to begin at 10:45 a.m. sharp.

Event Schedule (Sunday, September 27, 2026)

• 7:00 a.m.: Half Marathon Kit Pick-Up Begins
• 7:30 a.m.: Shuttle for Half Marathon Leaves
• 8:00 a.m.: Half Marathon Start Time
• 8:00 a.m.: 1K, 5K & 10K Kit Pick-Up Begins/Day of Registrations Begin
• 9:00 a.m.: 1K Family Walk/Run Start Time
• 9:20 a.m.: 10K Run Start Time
• 9:25 a.m.: 5K Run & 5K Walk Start Time
