This event supports Lighthouse for Grieving Children & Families, helping over 400 children, youth, and their families navigate grief. Your participation funds grief support groups, ensuring they remain free of charge.

TIMING:

• Warm Up/Opening Remarks - 8:30 AM
• 1K Start - 9:00 AM
• 5K Start - 9:30 AM

Route Maps & Getting to the Race:

Spencer Smith Park is located along the waterfront in Downtown Burlington. Accessible via Brant St. from QEW.

Parking: Free parking available on weekends at Burlington Municipal Lots, including a garage on Locust Street and lots north of BPAC.

Sustainability: Participants are encouraged to carpool, use public transportation, or cycle.

Health & Safety: This is an Athletics Ontario sanctioned event, adhering to best practices. A comprehensive Health & Safety Plan and Emergency Management Plan are in place.

Facilities: Food and beverage items available, washroom and handwashing facilities on-site, and children's activities including a bouncy castle and slide.

Prizes: Awarded for Top Individual Fundraiser (Child & Adult), Top Fundraising Team (Adults), and Top Fundraising School Team.
