Join us for the 29th Annual Saint Dominic Academy Spring Thaw 5K! Support Athletics at the Academy while enjoying a fun run (or walk!) on a USATF-certified course. All participants will receive a commemorative t-shirt. Your participation does more than just get you across the finish line—it directly powers the SDA Athletic Fund. Every registration fee and sponsorship dollar goes toward upgrading team equipment, providing travel opportunities, and expanding the competitive programs that define the student-athlete experience at SDA. By running with us, you are ensuring our athletes have the tools they need to train harder, play safer, and represent our school with pride.

Day of Registration and Packet Pick-Up:

Online registration closes on Wednesday, March 25 at midnight. Race-day registration will be available for $45. Please note that t-shirt availability is limited for day-of registrants. Bib and t-shirt pick-up begins at 8:00 a.m. on the day of the run.
