San Mateo PAL's 5K Run/Walk and Wellness Fair - 2026

Join us May 30, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. - Noon at Seal Point Park in San Mateo. This day is dedicated to supporting health and mental wellness, encouraging community partnerships and educating about diverse resources.

5K Run/Walk (Participation Fee)

Start the day with a 5K Run or Walk on the bay trail at Seal Point Park! Strollers and dogs are welcome with mindfulness to other participants. Race T-shirt included in registration. Stay after the 5K Run/Walk to attend our FREE Wellness Fair at Seal Point Park that starts at 9 a.m. When registering for the 5K, you don't need to register for the Wellness Fair. This is included in your ticket purchase.

Wellness Fair (Complimentary)

Join San Mateo PAL for the Wellness Fair at Seal Point Park starting at 9:00 am. This fair features community, health and wellness vendors. The Wellness Fair is FREE to all event attendees!

Start/Join a Team for the 5K Run/Walk!

The Team Lead with the highest team participation on event day will win an exclusive prize. Create a Race Group/Team during registration.
