The 9th Annual Seize the Moment 5K & 10K Run is raising awareness and supporting programs for the Epilepsy Foundation of Northern California.

Event Schedule:

• Fri, March 27, 2026: Packet Pickup @ Fleet Feet Sacramento (10:00 AM)
• Sat, March 28, 2026: Race Day Registration (7:00 AM)
• Sat, March 28, 2026: Kid's Half Mile (8:15 AM)
• Sat, March 28, 2026: 10K Start (8:25 AM)
• Sat, March 28, 2026: 5K Start (8:30 AM)

Registration Fees:

• Kid's Half Mile: $15.00 (Nov 14 - Mar 28)
• Virtual 5K/10K: $40.00 (Nov 14 - Mar 28)
• 5K Run & Walk: $45.00 (Nov 14 – Jan 31), $50.00 (Feb 1 – Feb 26), $55.00 (Feb 27 – Mar 20), $55.00 (Mar 21 – Mar 28)
• 10K Run: $45.00 (Nov 14 – Jan 31), $50.00 (Feb 1 – Feb 26), $55.00 (Feb 27 – Mar 20), $60.00 (Mar 21 – Mar 28)

All finishers receive a medal.

Refunds are not available as the event is a fundraiser.
