39th Annual Spillway Classic Trail Run

Conquer "The Gauntlet" on Sunday, July 12, 2026. This unique and challenging off-road 3-mile course winds through the natural trails and evolving ecosystem of the Bonnet Carre Spillway, offering a dynamic and unpredictable experience. Expect unpaved surfaces, potential elevation changes, and the thrill of navigating through the Louisiana landscape. Participants are encouraged to use caution and expect muddy/wet conditions.

Schedule:
7:00 am - Packet Pickup Opens
8:00 am - Start of 3 Mile Trail Run
9:30 am - Award Ceremony (subject to change)

Post-race refreshments for registered participants include beer from Crescent Crown Distributing, Elmer's Chee-Wees, Baker Maid sweets, Alexander's Meals, Mahatma rice, and Kentwood Springs.

The Spillway Classic Trail Run is open to all runners and walkers of all speeds, New Orleans Track Club members and nonmembers alike.
