Race Info

The Spring Fling has been run in Cabot since 1996. It was part of the Arkansas Grand Prix Series from 1998-2001 and was brought back into the Series by the Cabot Country Cruisers starting in 2007. Proceeds benefit Physical Education for Cabot Schools, Cabot Family Track Nights, and a Scholarship to a HS Student. The race ends on the Cabot High School track.

Packet Pickup

Pre-race packet pickup: Friday, March 20th, 2026 from 5-7 PM at the Cabot High School Fine Arts Auditorium. Race morning pickup: 6:30-7:45 AM at the Cabot High School Fine Arts Auditorium. No exceptions if arriving after 7:45 AM.

Available only if cap is not exceeded. Cash or check only. Race day price: $35 for 5K, $20 for 1K Kids Race.

Course Description

The course starts on Bellamy Street, outside the Cabot High School Field House. It heads south, turns left onto Main St, moves into a residential area, and turns south onto Honeysuckle Ln. Runners curve along Honeysuckle, merge onto Linda Lane, and continue south to the 1st mile marker. After the 2nd mile, the course turns south onto G street for a loop before returning to Linda Lane. The third mile returns runners to Honeysuckle, Main St, and then north on Bellamy to pass the starting line. The route enters the Field House Parking Lot and ramps into the Stadium, finishing on the track.

Important Notes

• No strollers or dogs allowed on the course.
• Restrooms available inside the stadium or fine arts auditorium. No bathrooms at the starting line.
• Pre-registration closes on 3/19/2026 at 2:30 PM. No shirts guaranteed after this deadline.
