FAQs
- Are dogs allowed on the course? YES — as long as they’re friendly, leashed, and fully supportive of justice, truth, and belly rubs. Bonus points if your pup comes in costume. Super Pup capes encouraged.
- Do we have to wear superhero costumes? Not at all — but it makes the run 200% more epic. Capes, masks, lightning bolt socks, Wonder Woman tutus… everything is welcome. Your regular running clothes are totally fine too. (Just make sure capes don’t drag… or trip your tiny heroes.)
- Is this a timed race? Nope! This mission is about fun , not finish times. No chip timing, no pressure, no villains chasing you. Just pure, powered-up movement.
- Can adults run too? Absolutely. Superheroes come in ALL sizes. Run with your child, cheer from the sidelines, or stroll behind with the stroller brigade. We love grown-up heroes.
- Can strollers join the run? 100% yes. Just think of it as your “Super Mobile.” Please line up toward the back for safety.
