Thanksgiving Day Apple Cup 5K

The 8th Annual Thanksgiving Day Apple Cup 5K will be held on Thursday, November 27, 2025 in Seattle, WA at Green Lake Park. This is a chip-timed event open to ages 1-120. Participants can show their support for either the Huskies or Cougars, or dress up as a turkey! The race is flat and fast, perfect for a PR.

Race Day Schedule:

• 7:45AM - 9:10AM: Bib Pickup & Day-Of-Race Registration
• 9:30AM: 5K Race Start
• 9:50AM: Podium Awards
• 9:50AM - 10:40AM: Post-Race Refreshments

Course Information: The 5K course is a paved loop around Green Lake with a final stretch around the ball fields. See course links below for details.

Registration: Age 18 and Under - $15; 5K - All Age Groups - $25 (Price increases after September 30, 2025). If under 18, a parent or guardian must register and sign a waiver.

Additional Information:

• Strollers are allowed.
• Dogs are not allowed.
• Donations of non-perishable food items are accepted.
