The Pinwheel Pursuit 5K

This event features two races: the 5th Annual "Cartersville Half-Marathon" and the 21st Annual "Pinwheel Pursuit 5K" (formerly the "Duck Dash"). Both races are designed to be fast and are presented by Chick-fil-A & Big Peach Running Co. Proceeds benefit Advocates for Children (www.advochild.org).

Custom-designed medals will be awarded to all Half Marathon finishers. Traditional Age Group awards will be given for the 5K.

Race Schedule:

• 7:00 AM: Chick-Fil-A / Big Peach Half-Marathon Start
• 7:10 AM: Pinwheel Pursuit 5K Start
• 8:20 AM: Pinwheel Pursuit 5K Awards Presentation
• 9:45 AM: Half-Marathon Awards Presentation

Half-Marathon Time Limit: 2.5 hours

Location: 315 Etowah Drive, Cartersville, GA 30120 (The "Old" Cartersville Primary School)

Packet Pick-up: Friday, May 15th from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM at Big Peach Running Co. in Cartersville (402 E. Church St., Suite 107, Cartersville, GA).
