Friday, May 1st:

• 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Packet pick up & Pre-race Mixer

Saturday, May 2nd:

• 7:30 AM: On-site Registration Opens
• 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Race Check-In & Warm-Up
• 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM: The Plus Strut 5K
• 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM: VIP Pillows & PJs Night (VIP Ticket Holders)

Sunday, May 3rd:

• 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM: VIP Champions of Wellness Brunch (VIP Ticket Holders)
