Three Creeks Torrent Trail Runs

The Three Creeks Torrent Trail Runs takes place on Saturday, March 14, 2026, in Columbia, MO. This race offers various distances: 30 miles, 20 miles, 10 miles, and a 10-mile ruck (with minimum weight requirements). The course is primarily single-track trail with some gravel road, featuring creek crossings and elevation gain. The race starts at the Three Creeks Conservation Area trailhead at the end of Deer Park Road.

• 30 mile: $70, 7:00AM - 3:00PM CDT
• 20 mile: $59, 8:00AM - 3:00PM CDT
• 10 mile: $54, 9:00AM - 3:00PM CDT
• 10 mile ruck: $54, 9:00AM - 3:00PM CDT

Aid Stations: Two aid stations will be available.

Registration: Prices increase after January 4, 2026. Register by February 10th to guarantee a shirt and finishing award.
