Ticonderoga Triathlon Festival
The Ticonderoga Triathlon Festival takes place on June 20, 2026 in Ticonderoga, NY. This year marks our seventh year! This event includes various race options such as Sprint Triathlon, Sprint AquaBike, Olympic Triathlon, Olympic AquaBike, Double Ti, Double Ti~AquaBike, and Relay Teams (Sprint & Olympic).
Course Details:
- Swim: 750m swim in Lake George.
- Bike: Moderate hilly 12-mile bike ride (Olympic participants complete 2 loops).
- Run: 5K run along the lake's shorelines (Olympic participants complete 2 loops).
Important Notes:
- There are NO CUT-OFF TIMES on any event.
- Paratriathletes are welcome.
- Relay teams of 2 or 3 are allowed.
- Double Ti involves racing both the Sprint and Olympic Triathlons back-to-back.
- This is a USAT sanctioned event.
