Welcome to the 8th Annual "Tracy PAL Donut Dash"

Benefiting the Tracy community and the Police Activities League (PAL). This exciting community event promotes youth development, fitness, and public safety while raising funds to support PAL’s mentorship, educational, and recreational programs that serve youth in our community.

Date: Saturday June 6th, 2026

Events:

• 5K Donut Dash (Run or Walk)
• 5k "Bossy Boy" Medley Relays
• Donut Eating Competition

Registration periods:

• $42+ registration fees (March 29th - April 20th)
• $47+ registration fees (April 21st - May 18th)
• $52+ registration fees (May 19th - June 5th)

Last Year Sold Out - 147 spots available. Registration Closes at Thursday June 5th at 11:59am. Must be a race entrant to be qualified to enter Donut Eating Competition.

• 8:00am "High School Medley Relay" featuring local High Schools.
• 8:05am "Public Safety Medley Relay” featuring Tracy Fire, Tracy PAL, and other teams pending RSVP.

Honoring "Bossy Boy"

The 2026 Tracy PAL Donut Dash finisher medal honors Tracy Police K9 "Boss" aka "Bossy Boy", who served the Tracy PD from 2014-2018. K9 Boss's service led to significant seizures of illicit drugs and cash. Tracy Police Activities League is proud to honor his service as mascot for the Tracy PAL Donut Dash.

Hosted by Local Culinary Favorite, Chef Jay of Jay’s Gourmet. This event is part obstacle course, part flavor test, part donut-fueled chaos, featuring "The Donut Trials". Compete for the Top Dog Award.

5K Medley Relays Presented in Honor of Narcotics K9 Boss, AKA “Bossy Boy”

Winner Takes the Belt and Bragging Rights for a Year. This high-energy, team-based competition brings together strength, speed, and pride. The Bossy Boy Medley Relay is an 8-leg team relay.

Two Competitive Divisions:

• Public Safety Division: Police, Fire, EMS, and Corrections agencies from across the region will compete in a relay designed to push grit, coordination, and camaraderie. 8 legs of varying distances.
• High School Elite: The valley’s fastest young athletes go head-to-head in a high school-only medley. Schools may field co-ed or all-gender teams. Each leg ranges from 200m to 800m.

Award Ceremonies

Awards for fastest donut eaters, podium winners for relays, Donut Dashers, and age group winners.

What you will receive for your entrance fee:

• Bib with number and pins.
• Choice of shirt or tank top (Male, Female, and Child options & sizes).
• Custom Donut Tracy PAL Themed Finisher Medal for those that cross the finish line.
• Presentation of Podium Awards and Age group awards.
• Donuts on course and at finish line.
• Chance to qualify and enter Donut Eating Competition.
• Complementary gifts from sponsors and partner at post race festival.

Area:

Monticello Elementary School & Edgar Thoming Park. The event starts and finishes on Cambridge Place between Edgar Thoming Park and Monticello Elementary School.

Parking:

There will be parking signage for all to follow.
