This event consists of a 600yd swim + 16.2m bike + 5K run.

The very popular Tradition Triathlon is back at it’s original location. It will be hosted by the Gulf Coast Running Club. This race course will consist of a 600 yard flat lake swim around the perimeter of Tradition Lake. The 16.2 mile bike course is challenging with a few sharp climbs. The 5K run will be through the Village at Tradition. This is considered a sprint triathlon and a great way to start off your triathlon season.

Registration Fees

• February 1 to February 15: $70 (Relay $120)
• February 16 to March 31: $80 (Relay $135)
• April 1 to April 17: $90 (Relay $150)

No day of race registration – Swag guaranteed only to first 150 registered.

Race Itinerary

• Friday, April 17 (1pm to 6pm): Packet Pickup and Onsite Registration at the Tradition Master Amenities Center, 12661 Village Ave. W. Biloxi, MS. 39532
• Saturday, April 18:
  • 6am to 7:30am: Race Day Packet Pickup ONLY at the Tradition Master Amenities Center
  • 6am to 7:45am: Transition Opens
  • 7:30am to 7:50am: Swim course warmups
  • 8am: RACE START (Swim will be self seeding with Chip Time Trial Start every 5 seconds for safety)
  • 9:30am: AFTER PARTY STARTS
  • 10:30am: AWARDS

• Triathlon Age Group Awards: Top 3 Overall M & F, Masters M & F, Grandmasters M & F, Seniors M & F, 3 deep in 5 year age groups
• Relay Team Awards: Top 3 relay teams
• Clydesdale, Athena Awards: Top 3 Overall
• High School Awards: Top 3 Overall M & F
