Wednesdays at Wakefield Series

Join over 200 riders for four spectacular weekdays of racing at Wakefield Park, Annandale, VA. This community-oriented race series, hosted by Bike Lane Race Team, offers a grassroots experience with fun singletrack suitable for juniors, beginners, and elite racers. NOVA Cycling partners to run youth races.

Series Dates:

• Week 1 - May 27, 2026
• Week 2 - June 3, 2026
• Week 3 - June 10, 2026
• Week 4 - June 17, 2026

Race Start Times:

• 5:45 pm - Youth Race (Partial Course, approx. 3 miles)
• 6:15 pm - Various categories (e.g., Single-Speed, Masters, Beginner, JR Female)
• 7:10 pm - Various categories (e.g., JR Male, Expert, Sport, Clydesdale)

Special Categories:

• Anything Goes Race: The final race features an "ANYTHING Goes" category for unique bikes like tandems, unicycles, cargo bikes, etc. Costumes encouraged.

Registration & Pricing:

• Pre-registration (until May 10th) for all 4 races: $90 / $45 for Youth Races (Buy 3 get 4th Free + W@W hat!)
• Pre-registration (until May 10th) for individual races: $30 per race / $15 for Youth Races
• Pre-registration (after May 10th): $35 per race / $20 for Youth Races
• Race Day Registration: $40 per race / $25 for Youth Races (Onsite only)

Note: No refunds for events that cannot be made up. Swag is limited to a W@W Hat for series preregistrants.
