YMCA River Run 5K

Event Overview

Join us for a family-friendly run/walk, an out-and-back 5K along the scenic Merrimack River. The event promises fun, games, music, and running, with all proceeds supporting healthy living programs for individuals with Parkinson's disease and cancer patients/survivors.

Registration Details

Pre-registration opens on March 1, 2026, at a cost of $30. The price will increase to $40 after May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EDT. Participants who register by May 31st will receive a T-shirt, available in sizes Small to XXLarge.

Race Information

The race starts at 10:00 AM EDT. Age groups include: 12 and under, 13-17, 18-30, 31-40, 41-55, 56-65, and 66+.
