A Stroll for Sara

Join us on a stroll to help fund a research grant in Sara Zuleta’s name. A Stroll for Sara is a fundraiser to raise money for Triple Negative Breast Cancer research in memory of Sara. Walk 3.2 miles in honor of Sara's courageous fight against TNBC.

About the Event

As our first official event, we are hosting our second A Stroll for Sara fundraiser in partnership with the TNBC Foundation. Our goal is to raise $100,000 over a series of events to fund a research grant in Sara's name. Learn more about Sara’s story and last year’s stroll here.

The Walk

The walk will start at Hunt Park in the Waterhill neighborhood in Ann Arbor. We will walk from Hunt Park to YORK where we will have live DJs hosting an online stream of the event, snacks, refreshments, and information on how to donate and support Sara Strong and the Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation.

Registration

All registration fees and donations will go directly to the eventual research grant in Sara’s name. Donations are tax-deductible. Make sure to arrange your transportation back to Hunt Park as the event will end at YORK.

What is TNBC?

Triple Negative Breast Cancer is a particularly aggressive form of breast cancer with limited targeted therapies. Raising awareness about TNBC is vital for early detection and improving the survival rate.
