The Mt Ashland Skimo Summit will take place on Saturday, February 1, 2025, starting at 7:30 AM at the Mt Ashland Ski Area. Experience the beauty of backcountry skiing with courses that cater to all skill levels.

Full Course:

Distance: Approximately 8 miles
Total vertical gain/loss: 4,500ft
Gear required: Helmet, Avalanche Safety Gear (beacon, shovel probe), skins, backpack, food, water, extra layers

Recreational Course:

Distance: Approximately 2.2 miles
Total vertical gain/loss: 1,100ft
Gear required: Helmet; avalanche safety gear not required
