Come join us Friday January 10th from 12-2 at the Walt Disney World Swan for a day of fitness and fun with a few special guests!
We will have a quick core and mobility workout to help you activate and feel energized for the rest of the weekend. Each ticket purchased will come with a cute swag bag filled with some of our favorite race day goodies! We can't wait to see you there!
