Silver Comet 10k

Race Info

The 28th Annual Silver Comet 10K is scheduled for Saturday, March 14th. This event is known for being the flattest and fastest 10k in the Atlanta metro area, offering a great opportunity to achieve your best AJC Peachtree Road Race qualifying time.

The race is point-to-point, starting from 4875 Floyd Road, Mableton GA, and finishing at the Silver Comet Trailhead, 4573 Mavell Road, Smyrna GA. The Silver Comet Trail provides a beautiful, flat, and fast course, perfect for both first-time participants and competitive runners aiming for personal records.

In October, the Silver Comet Half Marathon & Full Marathon are also held on the Silver Comet Trail. These are out-and-back, USATF Certified races, with the marathon being a Boston Qualifier event.
