MadOne Crew

MadOne Crew is a running crew based in Hong Kong, China. Founded in April 2014, the crew has over 30 members and conducts runs every Monday and Friday. The crew was founded by Simon, a running coach since 2001, who also serves as the captain along with Jay and Samu. The crew trains together, participates in races, and supports each other’s fitness goals. They welcome runners of all levels to join their crew and provide a supportive environment where members can share their experiences, challenges, and progress.
