Description: Shea’s Chase began as a way to promote mental wellness through movement and conversation. Ten years later, that purpose still holds true. We’re inviting our community to come together for a day that’s both fun and meaningful—supporting mental health services and raising awareness about suicide. The 5K course begins and ends at Revolution Mill. All are welcome!
